Evidenz - Elektrokaustische Abtragung analer Condylomata acuminata

Die operative Therapie der Kondylome als Exzisions- oder lokales Destruktionsverfahren ( Abtragung mittels Schere, Elektrokoagulation, Laser- und
Kryotherapie, Exzision mittels Skalpell) scheint die besten Ergebnisse zu liefern mit Abheilungsraten bis zu 94% bei einer Rezidivquote nach drei Monaten um 29 %. Dabei liefert die Elektrokoagulation tendenziell bessere Daten als die Kryotherapie. Es ist zu beachten, dass es sich um epidermale Tumoren handelt. Die Destruktion tiefer Hautschichten erbringt keinen Vorteil bezüglich der Radikalität und der Rezidivprophylaxe. Sie riskiert allerdings funktionell ungünstige Narbenbildungen.
